There are a few ways we can work together, so let’s dive right in!
OPTION 1: A-LA-CART
Simple. Straight-forward. No frills.
Are you eloping? Or perhaps you’re looking for exquisite design but don’t have the budget for a full-service offering? This is NOT you typical DIY package! You will receive stunning and artfully designed flowers delivered to your venue 3-4 hours before your event. You take care of set-up & clean-up then return the vases within 5 business days. And, VOILA!
Check out Kate’s a-la-cart options available below for this simple and stunning option. You can order up to 10 pieces — including a bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonniere/s, corsages, and classic centerpieces.
We will have a 30 minute consultation where we discuss color palette and design, and I’ll take care of this rest. No back and forth emailing, no moodboards or design options, no endless should-I-do-this should-I-do that. You trust me, and I will bring you gorgeous flora.
OPTION 2: ON-SITE FLORAL STYLING
Custom design. Unique Concepting. Artful Installation.
Whether you have a clear vision for your event or you’d like someone to guide you to a truly elevated design experience, this option is for you. Work with Kate to create and refine a truly unique and memorable vision. Every floral element and design detail will be thoughtfully planned with your input and approval. Blooms will be carefully sourced and processed the week of your event and then artfully designed and implemented on-site.
After our initial consultation, Kate will pitch 3 custom design options for you to choose from based on an in-depth conversation about who you are, your values, and what you envision for this sacred day. We will have a venue visit prior to your big day to ensure everything will be just right. I am there for you every step of the way. Packages starting at $5000.
OPTION 3: FULL-SERVICE STYLING & FLORAL DESIGN
Elite. Impeccable design. Awe-inspiring delivery.
Along with everything mentioned in Option 2, I am there to support you in all aspects of design. From candles, linens, and dinnerware to favors ideas and print media (save-the-dates, invites, menus, bar list, signage, etc). I can assist in venue scouting, floorpans, photographer recommendations, and beyond. Along with being your florist, we will dream up and create an all encompassing concept for your heart’s deepest desire on you most monuments days. Packages starting at $7500.
A-La-Cart OFFERINGS
It is with great honor that Kate creates exquisite florals for you and your guests.
There is no minimum required for an a-la-cart offerings. Choose up to 10 pieces to be delivered to your venue 3-4 hours before your event.
01. The Bridal Bouquet
The sacred wedding bouquet is emblematic of the spirit of your union, the love in your heart, and the courage to bloom in this new phase of your life. Held between you and your love during the ceremony, let the flora draw you together as you take your vows. Kate’s bouquets are made with exquisite care and tenderness, engaging the flora in conversation and tapping into intuition to craft a flora manifestation that will bless your day and lives.

02. Bridesmaid Bouquets / Boutonnière / Corsage
Personals are a sweet gesture for all the special people in you life.
Whether you are honoring your bridesmaids, the groom, his best men, mothers, fathers, grandmothers or grandfathers — these little tokens of floral touches are thoughtfully created with a modern eye. Simple, clean and always timeless.

03. Classic Sculptural Centerpiece
The most versatile vase arrangement with it's artistic and sculptural nature, this exquisite offering best suits a classic 8' round, as an accent piece on a bar, and/or used in sets along a sweetheart or family-style table. A low-profile custom selected vase houses 20-25 premium blooms thoughtfully designed into a dynamic floral sculpture.

04. Classic Lush Centerpiece
Abundant and rich with blooms, this lush floral sculpture is a true gift of the heart. A custom-selected vase houses 35 premium blooms artfully designed to make an impact. These arrangements are best suited for 8' or 10" rounds, as a statement piece on a bar, and/or used in sets along a sweetheart or family-style table.

ON-SITE FLORAL STYLING
Let’s transform your gathering into a sacred space.
Due to the high level of care and artful nature of this work, a limited number of on-site floral stylings are accepted each year. In order to ensure the most impeccable design, we prefer to book events with a guest list of 140 people or less.
All on-site work has a starting rate of $5000.
01. Standard Design Fee
Work with Kate to create and refine a truly unique and memorable vision for your wedding or event. Every floral element and detail of the design will be thoughtfully planned. Blooms will be carefully sourced and processed the week of your event, and then artfully designed on-site and implemented on your wedding day.
Although Kate’s work is often intuitively guided, she values the importance of clear expectations and concrete design ideas through her signature awe-inspiring proposals. Through this thorough, yet artistically-driven approach, both Kate and her clients can relax into their roles knowing exactly what energy the event will hold.

02. Centerpieces & Communal Tablescape
Let the flora draw you together in celebration with your guests. Whether you are working with standard round tables or a family-style dining experience, Kate treats each floral moment as a work of art crafted to elevate your event by bringing and an aura of joy, beauty and abundance.
Perhaps one of Kate’s most coveted offerings, her family-style tablescapes, are designed as an art installation using specialty vases, candles, fruit and other design elements for a truly unique and memorable experience.

03. Sweetheart Table
Adorn your sweetheart table with love and beauty as you and your beloved bask in the celebration of your union. Kate’s artfully designed sweetheart tablescapes feature flora and specialty elements to enshrine you in abundance and joy during your event.
Not having a sweetheart table? This concept can be beautifully crafted as a focal memory table or an elaborate cake table installation to elevate your guest experience.
