With over fifteen years spent on set, Kater’s path through the visual arts has been layered and intuitive. Her experience spans hairstyling, wardrobe and prop styling, and art direction — roles that sharpened an understanding of light, movement, and composition long before flowers became the primary medium.

Today, that sensibility informs a holistic approach to floral design, where each arrangement is created in quiet conversation with the camera, the space, and the story being told.

Due to the high level of care and artful nature of this work, Kate accepts a limited number of floral styling jobs per year.
